We recently teamed up with Lights Unlimited, Fete Jockey and the Assiniboine Park Zoo to put on an amazing light festival at Assiniboine Park called the Zoo Lights Fest!

The whole process started two years ago when Mike Friesen, Michael Koch-Schulte and myself presented our idea to the zoo. Since that time the idea has grown and expanded, resulting in what is easily Manitoba’s largest festival of lights!

We created a giant animated polar bear, a large 3D Bison, two swimming beluga whales, a family of animated owls, and a 250m running wall of drawn arctic animals! With tonnes of programming put on by Fete Jockey, the festival was a huge success!
