January was an exciting time full of fun projects and inspirational travels. Here’s a quick recap….

The Paris flea markets proved to be full of goodies. Many designers today find ideas here and reinterpret them for today’s market. One such item was this sofa/chaise. I saw this silhouette in many showrooms once we reached the Maison & Objet show in Paris.The European markets were all about color. With a sea of taupes and greys happening in North America it was really refreshing to see so much color on everything. Mustard was hot(and I just don’t mean on the sausages in Germany).

Imm, Germany’s premier furniture exhibit is always fantastic. I think was my 5th time to this show and every time proves to be an amazing experience. And this time I brought along my good friend and design buddy Jonathan Sebastian.

The last leg of the trip found me at the Las Vegas Furniture Market where my award pinnacle award winning design M1 was showcased.
